2005 — THE BEGINNING
Foundation of the advertising and communications group VOGUEAGENCY.RU. One person, one dream, and an unwavering belief that creativity can change the world.
2010 — CREATIVE HOUSE ISKA
The creation of a space for bringing ideas to life, where art and business merge into one.
2015 — VOYAGER: A BREAKTHROUGH IN INNOVATION
Launch of an authorial collection of biodegradable objects, which received international recognition at the Nekropol-Tanexpo exhibition.
2020 — TRIAL AND NEW MOMENTUM

2025 — "DOLPHIN HUB": A NEW ERA
Launch of the global platform DOLPHIN HUB — uniting science, ecology, and culture for the study of dolphins and the preservation of marine ecosystems.

Iskandar Kadyrov grew up in a family where knowledge and culture were a way of life. His grandfather, Imindjan Kadyrovich Kadyrov, served as Minister of Education of the Uzbek SSR, held a Doctorate in Pedagogical Sciences, was a professor, and a corresponding member of the USSR Academy of Pedagogical Sciences.
This family heritage shaped a worldview where beauty and functionality go hand in hand.
