2005: The Beginning of a Professional Journey
Registration of the first company and the beginning of a career in advertising and communications. Development of the VOGUEAGENCY.RU project.
2010: ISKA™ Creative House
ISKA Creative House is Iskandar Kadyrov’s independent creative ecosystem, bringing together art, design, communications, and business. It provides the foundation for developing cultural and creative systems for brands, cities, and institutions.
2012: Iskandar Kadyrov Heritage House™
Iskandar Kadyrov Heritage House is an original concept devoted to memory, personal heritage, and the aesthetics of farewell. It represents the development of a distinctive approach to ritual design, memorial solutions, and objects for the final journey.
2015: VOYAGER — An Innovative International Project
VOYAGER is an original project by Iskandar Kadyrov dedicated to the design of the final journey and the reinterpretation of the culture of remembrance. The concept was presented publicly in March 2015 and featured in an article published by Moskovsky Komsomolets. The project brings together design, philosophy, and the aesthetics of a journey into eternity.
2020: Rethinking and a New Chapter
Global changes became a catalyst for rethinking professional practice and laid the groundwork for new ways of working, creating, and engaging with the world.
2025: DOLPHIN HUB — A Global Platform
DOLPHIN HUB is a global information platform created to expand knowledge about dolphins and promote interaction between humans and dolphins. It brings together information, culture, and environmental awareness, helping to spread knowledge about dolphins and support the preservation of marine ecosystems.
2025: ONE HERITAGE™ — A Global Mission
ONE HERITAGE is an international environmental information campaign dedicated to promoting the preservation of natural and cultural heritage.
2026: VOYAGER™ — An International Cultural Ecosystem
VOYAGER is an international cultural and design ecosystem developed around Iskandar Kadyrov’s original vision at the intersection of design, philosophy, media, and international collaborations. The commercial platform translates the concept of a journey into eternity into original products, design solutions, and cultural projects.
2026: The Architecture of Meaning House™

His grandfather, Imindjan Kadyrovich Kadyrov, served as Minister of Education of the Uzbek SSR, held a Doctorate in Pedagogical Sciences, was a professor, and a corresponding member of the USSR Academy of Pedagogical Sciences.
