A STUDY OF THE VISUAL IDENTITY OF THE DIGITAL STATE THROUGH THE EXAMPLE OF TWO PUBLIC INSTITUTIONS

STATE VISUAL CODE™

FROM A SINGLE MARK TO A VISUAL SYSTEM.

How can the historical heritage of public institutions be preserved by rethinking its visual language for the digital age?

STATE VISUAL CODE™ explores the possibility of forming a coherent visual logic capable of uniting the identity of public institutions and adapting to various levels of public administration — from the highest bodies of power to ministries, agencies, and digital services.

TWO INSTITUTIONS. ONE RESEARCH PRINCIPLE.

From the architectural image of public administration to the digital mark of the tax service, two original concepts demonstrate possible approaches to creating a visual language of the state.

A shared graphic logic does not negate the individuality of institutions.

It allows exploration of how different public structures can retain their own identity within a systematic approach to visual communication in the digital environment.

STATUS OF THE CONCEPTS:
